Sub-ppb mercury detection in real environmental samples with an improved rhodamine-based detection system

چکیده
A new procedure is described for the determination of Hg2+ ions in water samples. Rhodamine based fluorescent sensor was synthesized and experimental conditions were specifically optimized application to environmental samples, which requires low detection limits high selectivity competitive experiments with realistic concentrations other metal ions. Incorporation a Rhodamine-6G fluorophore previously optimization buffer system (detection acetic acid at pH 5.25) enabled significant enhancement sensitivity limit = 0.27 μg L−1) selectivity. The using high-throughput microplates has been applied tap river waters good results.
